Step 1:
Go to the ‘Video Library’ tab.
Option 1 - You have two options, you can either ‘Upload’ the film yourself.
Option 2 - ‘Invite to Upload’, which will present a message box where you can enter the email address of whom you would like to upload the film on your behalf.
Once you've clicked Upload you'll be taken to the uploader page.
Step 2:
Select ‘Browse’ and choose the video file to upload.
Step 3:
Select the ‘Upload Region’ and choose a location that is close to you to ensure a fast upload.
Step 4:
Select ‘Upload’ and the file will upload. The time this takes will depend on your internet connection and the size of the file you are uploading.
Step 5:
Once the upload completes you can close the tab. The content will ingest automatically once it completes.
You can check the status of the ingestion on the ‘Video Library’ page. It typically takes about four hours for your content to be ingested.
If for any reason the upload is interrupted, you can resume the upload by coming back to the upload page via the button shown below.
Note: The process is the same to upload a TV episode file.
