We use the payment gateway Stripe to support all payments that go through your site. When you are ready to connect your Stripe account please contact your account manager or our support team to enable your Stripe integration, they will let you know when you are ready to take these next steps.
Log in to your Stripe account as an administrator.
Go to the ‘Settings’ tab, select ‘Integrations’ then select ‘Stripe’
Select the ‘Connect with Stripe’ button and follow the prompts on the screen.
Once connected, this message should display:
Once you have connected, let us know so we can test it.
We will then send you some instructions to follow around testing your payment.
