Step 1:

Go to the ‘Media’ tab, select ‘Films’ or 'TV Shows', and select the film or TV show you want to ingest the media content for.

Step 2:

Select the ‘Video Library’ tab and select ‘Upload’. This will open a new tab in your browser.

Step 3:

Select ‘Browse’ and choose the video file to upload.

Select ‘Upload Region’ and choose a location that is close to you to ensure a fast upload. The time taken to upload will depend on your internet connection and the size of the file you are uploading.

Once the upload completes you can close the tab. The content will ingest automatically once the upload completes. You can check the status of the ingestion on the ‘Video Library’ page. If for any reason the upload is interrupted, you can resume the upload by coming back to the ‘Upload’ page via the button shown below.
