Step 1:

Select the ‘Media’ tab, select ‘Films’, and select the film you want to ingest the trailer for.

Step 2:

Select the ‘Video Library’ tab and select ‘Upload Trailer’. This will open a new tab in your browser.

Step 3:

Select ‘Browse’ and choose the video file to upload. Then select ‘Upload Region’ and choose a location that is close to you to ensure a fast upload.

Select ‘Upload’ and the file will upload. The time taken to upload will depend on your internet connection and the size of the file you are uploading.

Once the upload completes you can close the tab. The content will ingest automatically once the upload completes.

You can check the status of the ingestion of the trailer on the ‘Video Library’ page. If for any reason the upload is interrupted, you can resume the upload by coming back to the upload page via the button shown below.
