Subtitles or Closed Captions Aren't Displaying

A guide to enabling subtitles or closed captions from within the player.

Step 1:

If subtitles aren't displaying, check that they have been enabled in the player by clicking on the ‘CC’ icon as shown below.

Subtitles and closed captions are not currently supported within the iPad apps.
